Total Nutrition is one of my all time favourite products. I pretty much live off it. It is so quick and easy – just throw it in a shaker with some organic apple juice and a couple of raw organic eggs (optional) and you have a meal that lasts for hours and gives you all the energy you need. Very easy to take with you and make up where ever you are. Great for weight loss too.
